Bradley Eberts

Artist/Illustrator Brooklyn, NY

Brad’s work focuses on queer culture and its stereotypes; he examines projected identity vs. personal identity, working to expose what people assume about queer identities and what queer culture is beyond superficial interpretations. Anthropomorphization of characters allows them to operate as metaphors as well as to act as a symbol of their sexual identity.

Walt Disney and Daniel Clowes have had the strongest influence on his aesthetic sensibilities, and he also look to sources in music, television, film, fashion, painting, the internet, and pornography for inspiration.
